Breakthrough AD Sales Offsite
The Viacom MPS Ad Sales Team Offsite was a week-long corporate conference hosted in Phoenix, Arizona, bringing together more than 500 employees for presentations, strategy sessions, and team-building events. I played a key role in shaping the visual identity and attendee experience across the entire event ecosystem.
My responsibilities included developing the event branding system, designing the attendee swag giveaway bags, and creating a cohesive wayfinding signage package that guided guests throughout the venue. I also designed and animated keynote presentation graphics used across multiple large-scale sessions, helping unify the conference messaging with a polished visual language.
In addition to the environmental and presentation design work, I directed the conference’s opening intro animation piece, which served as the kickoff moment for the event. This involved overseeing creative direction, motion design, pacing, and visual storytelling to create an energetic opening experience that set the tone for the week.
The project required balancing large-scale event branding, motion graphics, and experiential design within a fast-paced production schedule while maintaining consistency across both physical and digital touchpoints.
