VH1 Ru Pauls Drag Race

VH1 tasked me with the animation and visual effects for this light hearted :60 featuring three queens from Ru Paul’s Drag race: Manila Luzon, Latrice Royale and Vanjie Mateo. The design had to have a campy, gossiping on the phone quality with a nod to the Bubly brand. The other challenge was giving each queen’s bubble animation and life, while making the graphics feel natural and contemporary to current digital life.
